A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Orine.
Coach. Change professional, someone who knows and understands that life doesn’t always go to plan.
For more than 20 years, my work has centred on people, helping them navigate change, make decisions, build confidence and move forward.
Some of my greatest lessons about change haven’t come from work.
They’ve come from living through it.
I’ve experienced plenty of change myself.
Life has taken me down a few different paths.
I’ve lived overseas in London, moved from Sydney to Melbourne, and started again in a city where I knew very few people.
I’ve changed careers, stepped into management, and built my own business.
And then I became a mum.
Each of those experiences was different, yet they all reminded me how quickly our sense of certainty can shift, even when we’re normally capable, confident, and used to working things out.
There have been times when I’ve questioned myself, overthought decisions, or wondered what the next version of life would look like.
What I’ve learnt is that we don’t always need to rush to an answer. Sometimes we need space to slow down, think out loud, and work things through with someone in our corner.
That’s the space I want to create for my clients.
Practical when you need it. Reflective when you need space.
I don’t believe in telling people what their lives should look like.
And I’m not interested in generic advice or in telling you to “just think positively.”
I believe good coaching starts with listening.
Good coaching starts with listening. I’ll ask questions, help you see things differently, and challenge your thinking when it’s useful.
Sometimes we’ll explore what lies beneath a situation. Other times, you might need to decide and work out what comes next.
Depending on what you’re working through, I may draw on Positive Psychology, Strengths Profiling, DISC, NLP, and my professional experience in Change Management.
But there isn’t a formula.
The approach follows the person, not the other way around.
Experience Matters.
So does being a Human Being.
A professional background.
And a real-life perspective.
My professional background spans more than 20 years of working with people across recruitment, change management, consulting, leadership, and coaching.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people navigating career changes, leadership challenges, confidence, relationships, personal transitions, and periods when they feel stuck.
I bring professional training and experience to my coaching, along with curiosity, warmth, and perspective.
Ultimately, coaching isn’t about having someone else give you all the answers. It’s about creating the right space and conversation to help you find your own answers.

WHY STRENGTHS MATTER TO ME
Start with what's already strong
Strengths Profiling is one of my favourite tools.
Much of personal and professional development focuses on what we need to improve or fix.
Strength work gives us another place to start.
It helps you understand what naturally energises you, the strengths you already use, and those you may not be using enough.
That understanding can be incredibly useful when you’re considering a career change, stepping into leadership, returning to work, or simply trying to understand yourself better.
Sometimes, seeing what’s already strong can completely change the conversation.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
Outside of coaching...
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mum, the youngest of three sisters, and happiest when I’m with the people I love.
I love being near the water, travelling, good food and long conversations. My playlist moves from R&B slow jams to plenty of nursery rhymes these days.
Life is full, imperfect and constantly changing. That’s exactly why having the right people around us matters.
Orine xx

You don’t need to know exactly what you want to change or have everything figured out. If there’s something you’d like to work through, I’d love to hear from you.
